Donor Network of Arizona Wins Game Changer Award

Donate Life America has recognized Donor Network of Arizona with the 2015 Game Changer Pinnacle Award for their innovative use of the Swipe to Donate Life mobile app, which registers organ donors in just seconds by swiping or scanning the donor’s drivers license. The award congratulates Donor Network of Arizona for inspiring more individuals to say “Yes!” to organ, eye and tissue donation. Donor Network of Arizona was the first organ procurement organization to roll this technology out and has been using it since 2013 to make it easier than ever to register potential donors at public events. This innovation has reduced costs and increased the speed and accuracy of the donor registration process while also making it easier for the donor and the staff.
