Countermind is searching for a seasoned professional who has extensive technical experience supporting software products with enterprise customers. Highly developed organizational and people skills are a must as you will be establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. This position requires a person who has strong technological knowledge, can operate under minimal supervision, is self-motivated, a fast learner, and is highly competent in communicating technology concepts with customers, partners, sales, and fellow employees. Superior technical ability and trouble shooting skills required. Flexibility and a "can do" attitude are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and email technical support of our customers
  • Timely, consistent and accurate documentation of customer requests and responses
  • Manage customer issues, update status, and regular follow up with customer
  • Communicate with sales and engineering on customer issues
  • Interface with engineering on escalated issues
  • Document problem solutions
  • Assist customers with upgrades and training
  • Monitor the performance of products and provide relevant customer feedback to marketing, engineering, and sales


Skills required include:

  • Strong customer support experience (3+ years)
  • Experience supporting large enterprise customers
  • Software products company experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated escalation and priority setting skills

  • Technically competent and hands on in the following areas:

Account Executive

Position:  Full-time

An Account Executive is responsible for developing new customers and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of Countermind's products and services. Responsibilities include: (1) building and managing a sales pipeline, (2) identifying client needs and developing a sales strategy which may include partners, (3) developing strong business relationships with prospects, customers, and partners, (4) demonstrate and present Countermind's offerings to all levels of personnel within the account (end-users, technical, business executives), (5) meeting/exceeding quota, and (6) leadership within team or meeting settings. This position requires a person that can effectively manage multiple, complicated tasks. Problem solving and solution selling are critical components to success and require creativity and initiative. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Required Skills & Education:

  • Bachelor degree or its equivalent
  • 6-9 years of successful sales experience with enterprise software products
  • Familiar with a variety of the mobile computing concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Familiar with complex selling and solution selling techniques
  • Proven track record of success (should have made quota consistently)
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including planning and coordinating with partners
  • Demonstrates ability to establish and maintain relationships in the industry.
  • 50-70% travel required

Marketing Programs Specialist

Job Description: Full-time

Countermind's Marketing Department is searching for a marketing programs specialist to join our team. This is a fast-paced position, in a growing Marketing Department, with the opportunity to work on many different types of programs. This person will be responsible for developing and executing a range of strategic marketing programs that will drive direct sales revenue for Countermind's products and services. Programs will include events, seminars, partner/industry initiatives, and target account activities at both the Regional and National levels. The Marketing Programs Specialist will be responsible for working with the Sales team to provide ROI analysis on field initiatives, and quarterly planning to assist in developing strategies for meeting business plans and revenue objectives.

 Required Skills & Education:

  • At least 5 years of Marketing experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, and/or Marketing Programs.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with strong presentation, planning, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong people and project management skills to deal with the diverse requirements of the job and the constantly changing environment.
  • Previous field marketing experience including interaction with partners, marketing managers, and sales managers
  • Understanding of corporate marketing processes and tools including messaging and branding guidelines; budget management practices, CRM systems, etc.
  • Management and allocation of resources for executing on programs, including: contractors, database maintenance, and vendor management
  • Forecast and manage marketing budget to ensure initiatives generate ROI, lower cost per lead, and greater lead conversion rates
  • Ensure volume and quality of leads generated

Field Sales Engineer

Position:  Full-time

Location:  Colorado

A Field Sales Engineer provides technical sales support to Countermind account representatives and customers. The Sales Engineer is expected to: (1) identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to maximize and grow sales, (2) effectively communicate technical concepts to customer personnel with widely varying levels of technical understanding, (3) work with the sales team in the development of a comprehensive support plan, (4) effectively demonstrate and present solutions to customers in order to persuade them to choose Countermind products as their principle supplier of mobile software solutions, (5) Prepare and present persuasive arguments to overcome objections from the customer buyers (technical, end user, partner, executives, etc). (5) create prototype solutions based on gathering requirements from prospects and customers. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

 Required Skills & Education:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of field experience with a software company. Expected to have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within enterprise software space.
  • Must be an effective communicator and presenter at all levels of customer engagement (end-user, technical, business executive)
  • Excellent inter-personal and communications skills
  • Keen ability to understand and analyze customer requirements and position the Countermind's solution effectively Demonstrated skills in direct customer and channel partner support
    Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution in a network environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer interactions in difficult circumstances, controlling customer expectations, resulting in satisfied customers
  • Requires 50%-70% traveling
